SIZE 8… Kick the devil but do it decently…



Size 8 am not against the devil getting a kick, I am all for the idea and I also think the lyrics make sense. My issue is with the kick and how what it leaves your audience imagining many things me included and do not forget young people have very active imaginations. We now know you are a believer and please do not think for one minute that your fans have followed you in salvation they did not. They actually feel very bad that you crossed over. They have not forgotten how provocatively you used to dress when you used to entertain them. If you have forgotten they have not, what you fail to understand or are ignoring is that with your salvation you have denied them your provocative dances.

Now since you say you have crossed over the best thing you can do is to act like it. Please do not go wearing stockings and throwing kicks which leaves your audience wondering what would happen if that stocking were to tear by mistake when you are busy and vigorously throwing a karate kick. Actually the reason they result to photoshopping you so much is because in one way or the other they are hitting back and it is an indication of what they are missing to see and which you used to generously provide one time. If you have to spend your time trying to justify the kicks like you did on KTN during your interview with Betty Kyalo then that is a pointer that there is some room for improvement.

Please be your brothers and sisters keeper. If you have decided to cover up do not still try to expose it. Please remember they are many young people out there looking for a role model, be a good ambassador of Christ to them.  I hear men have Ex-ray eyes they are able to map out a figure even when it is hidden under a long maternity looking dress or a bui bui – a paraphrase from Hon. Size 8 learn more about the kingdom you have come into and seek guidance from the one whom you claim to love so much. Every house has its rules….

Are Church Leaders Fighting The Condom Or Sex???...

I still cannot understand what the hullabaloo is all about with the condom advert. My view, that advert makes a lot of sense. The makers of the advert are realistic and admitting that married people are having illicit sex or enjoying the forbidden fruits outside of their matrimonial homes. What I construed from the advert is that the woman is not having her nocturnal exercises at home and hence her need to keep a side dish to provide  those essential services. Am sure there are many valid reasons in homes that are driving couples to leave their matrimonial beds. That, I think is what the church leaders should be addressing, not the sheath they choose for protection. We need to know why respectable men/women feel the need to quench their thirst away from home. And the best people to furnish us, with that information is the church leaders because they are the ones who do counseling to these couples. Luo is a Romantic Language…

In my short or long stay on this earth I have had the privilege of interacting with many of the languages spoken in Kenya and one dialect I would say has stood out and I have come to love is the Luo dialect. The dialect according to me is very romantic; it should actually be classified among the others of the world which are regarded as romantic. The way their words flow, as they speak, one has no option but to enjoy listening. This is a language, firstly the words rhyme so well with English language; secondly a word can be used in so many instances until one gets confused.
