The Sex Factor

It has been said that human beings are spiritual beings. Human beings are also sexual beings. And most decisions we make in our lives have a sexual connotation or it has a sexual motivation in them. And that is what I will be calling the Sex Factor.

Marriage we are told is about companionship but why do the same companions turn against each other hacking and mutilating one another when their conjugal rights are not met…In marriage both of you are looking for something that your family and relatives cannot provide…

Why is Maina Kageni and Mwalimu Kingangi radio program so famous and though some people profess how offensive the program is, it is still very popular… visit some super markets in the morning, or you are traveling in the Matatu…in the morning its Classic FM that is on the air and having very many callers…

Why are couples going to so much length to expose a cheating spouse through witchcraft until the cheating couples join together like glue…

The reason the father of Faith Abraham convinced his wife Sarah  to lie was that due to her beauty there was a very high possibility that the men of that land would not kill him so that they can have her… Gen 12:10-20. Absalom’s advisers told him the best way to get back at his father was by sleeping with his concubines 2 Sam 16:15-23. The book of Proverbs says “…a husband is never angrier than when he is jealous; his revenge knows no limits. He will not accept any payment; no amount of gifts will satisfy his anger…” Prov 6:34-35. Okay! if it is talking about a husband, definitely there is a wife and what would make a husband so livid….

It’s alleged that when a woman is so annoyed (though I do not know if it is true) with the husband or the boyfriend the best insults is describing the man’s age mate (I hear it is called hitting below the belt).

Single women in leadership positions, not married, very vocal are often advised to get married so that they can be tamed.

In this era of our children being molested there is a song that is advising the children “…these are my private parts and no one should touch them, play with them or see them…x2”

Why is Koinange Street so famous that it’s alleged that some politicians, religious leaders, cops, council askaris, frequent the street some seeking the services provided and others for extortion?

How I wish all the prosperity gospel preachers, would preach on the sex factor as passionately as they do the money factor.
