Women Natural is good…




Some of us are tomboys by nature (if such a thing exists) even though once in a while we try to look feminine but we are comfortable just being casual. But sometimes we dress up, in the spirit of being in touch with the feminine side.

One day I took a friend to high tech salon in Nairobi, where you find male hairdressers, beauticians and it was a lovely sight to behold, seeing men at work making women beautiful, it was adorable. Now when we entered everyone especially the ones who specialize with eyebrows started harassing my friend who is their regular client to convince me to have them work on my eyebrows, but I declined reason being I do not see the reason of shaving my eyebrows only to replace them with an eye pencil, that does not make sense to me. But when I get a revelation I will definitely let them shred my eyebrows.

My fellow ladies please help me understand why you would prefer to use eye pencil instead of having your God given eye brows.

Well. I have observed many things that women do that hide their natural beauty. These days some women use so much make up until a woman ends up looking pink yet her skin color is chocolate surely even if you are trying to get attention from that man try look a bit natural. If I was your man I could flee.

Another thing I have observed is the color of nail polish that is being used. You have very dark legs and even toes then you go ahead a use a very dark nail polish, which makes your toes look scary, actually these days I avoid admiring the well pedicured toes rest I get nightmares because of the horrible nail polish.

Some of us are fashion disasters since we are trying to copy our friends. You need to seek advice on what make up suits you.

Women style up. And have mercy on your men who have to put up with you, for it is till death and they also do not want to risk being forced to go on a prolonged fast where nocturnal activities are concerned if they happen to express their opinion.

Women no need to bay for my blood, I already confessed to being a tomboy who is getting in touch with her feminine side…

Luo is a Romantic Language…

In my short or long stay on this earth I have had the privilege of interacting with many of the languages spoken in Kenya and one dialect I would say has stood out and I have come to love is the Luo dialect. The dialect according to me is very romantic; it should actually be classified among the others of the world which are regarded as romantic. The way their words flow, as they speak, one has no option but to enjoy listening. This is a language, firstly the words rhyme so well with English language; secondly a word can be used in so many instances until one gets confused. Masaku sevens ….I hear it was a show to behold….

I have really been thinking a lot about what I hear happened during Masaku 7’s. And mind you though being in Machakos on that day I got home early before all the free live movies started. So I just heard just like some of you. No wonder people say free things are not good.
